Learn how to get the most out of CareConx.

For Childcare Providers

1. Getting Started

  1. Click "Sign Up" and select "Childcare Provider"
  2. Fill in your business details and create your account
  3. Wait for admin approval (usually within 24-48 hours)
  4. Once approved, log in to access your dashboard

2. Adding Parents

  1. Go to "Parents" in the sidebar
  2. Click "Add Parent" button
  3. Enter parent details (name, email, phone)
  4. The parent will receive login credentials via email

3. Enrolling Children

  1. Go to "Children" in the sidebar
  2. Click "Add Child" button
  3. Select the parent and enter child details
  4. Add medical information, allergies, and emergency contacts

4. Creating Invoices

  1. Go to "Invoices" in the sidebar
  2. Click "Create Invoice"
  3. Select the parent and add invoice items
  4. Set the due date and send to the parent

5. Tracking Attendance

  1. Go to "Attendance" in the sidebar
  2. Select the date you want to record
  3. Click "Check In" when a child arrives
  4. Click "Check Out" when they leave

For Parents

1. Accessing Your Account

  1. You will receive login credentials from your childcare provider
  2. Go to the login page and enter your email and password
  3. Change your password after first login for security

2. Viewing Your Children

  1. Your dashboard shows all your enrolled children
  2. Click on a child to view their full profile
  3. View attendance history and schedules

3. Paying Invoices

  1. Go to "Invoices" to see all your invoices
  2. Click "Pay Now" on any pending invoice
  3. Enter your card details securely via Stripe
  4. Download receipts for your records

4. Uploading Documents

  1. Go to "Documents" in the sidebar
  2. Click "Upload Document"
  3. Select the document type and upload the file
  4. Documents will be verified by your provider
